That’s what Vision provides! The “Destination”!

We design, prepare and facilitate a full day “Visioning” session focused on creating a new direction for your company or re-affirming your existing one. At the end of the day, your employees will “own” your vision and be committed to it. This process concludes a list of strategic goals that you need to accomplish to achieve your vision.

This two day program is conducted after the visioning session listed above. Participants are divided into teams that will work, through brainstorming and problem solving activities, to further define and implement the strategic goals established in the visioning session. The result is a roadmap to achieving the company’s business goals, complete with an implementation schedule and task assignments. Everyone leaves owning the business goals and knowing that they are a crucial part of the company’s success.
